🛡️Scam Insurance Conditions

Scam insurance is a special feature available exclusively to Legend users, designed to protect you in case of a scam within our community. However, there are specific conditions under which this insurance does not provide coverage. Here’s what you need to know:

Conditions Where Insurance Does Not Apply:

1. 📅 Account Age: If the scammer's Discord account is less than 3 months old, the insurance does not cover the incident. This is to avoid covering scams from newly created, potentially fraudulent accounts.

2. ⭐ Reputation: The insurance won’t cover scams by users with a reputation score below 5. A low reputation score indicates that the user may not be well-trusted in the community.

3. 🚫 Non-BMO Users: If the scammer is not a member of the BMO community, the insurance won’t apply. This ensures coverage only within our monitored environment.

4. 🏅 Legend Status: You must be a current Legend user or have held the Legend role within the last 60 days to claim scam insurance. This keeps the benefit exclusive to our supporting members.

5. ⏰ Reporting Time: The scam must be reported within 6 hours of it occurring. Quick reporting allows us to take prompt action and increases the chances of resolving the issue.

Important Notes:

• ⚠️ Misuse Prevention: Any attempt to misuse the scam insurance system, such as providing false information, will result in being blacklisted from future claims.

• 💵 Coverage Limit: The insurance covers one claim per month, with a maximum reimbursement of $20.
